No purchase is necessary. A balance top-up does not create extra spins and does not improve the odds.
A first valid registration through a referral link creates one spin for the new user and one for the direct referrer. Replayed registration events do not create additional spins.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18, hold a valid ApiClo account, and complete a genuine independent registration. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated signups, and attempts to manipulate the promotion are excluded.
The promotion is unavailable where prohibited by law. ApiClo may request identity or registration evidence before issuing a high-value prize.
3. Prizes
Every spin wins ApiClo service credit. Credit can be spent on supported ApiClo models and features; it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.
Token-equivalent values use a $0.40 per 1M token reference. The account receives the prize value in RUB service credit using the USD/RUB rate stored when the spin is issued.

The table shows current odds. While the single jackpot is available, the draw uses 1,000,000 tickets. After it is reserved, its probability becomes 0% and the other 999,999 tickets are reweighted proportionally; this table updates automatically.
When a spin is issued, the server selects from the current pool of equally likely tickets, fully reserves the result, and stores it hidden until reveal. The pool contains 1,000,000 tickets before the jackpot is reserved and 999,999 afterward. The visual animation only reveals the stored result; it does not determine it.
5. High-value prize review
$100 and $5,000 prizes enter review. After valid participation is confirmed, they are credited as service credit. If rejected for a rules violation, the reserve is released and the decision is recorded.
6. Period and budget
The campaign is limited to 10,000 spins, a separate $500 routine-prize budget, and one $5,000 jackpot. A result is securely selected and reserved when a spin is issued, but remains hidden until the user presses the button. When the period, inventory, or funded budget is exhausted, no new spins are created. Already issued funded spins and credited prizes remain valid.
