Billing exchange rate: 1 USD = 84.3414 RUB. RUB equivalents depend on the billing exchange rate used by the service.

Payments and refunds
For a disputed charge, duplicate payment or refund request, submit a Billing request with your account email, date, amount and payment or receipt ID. We will check the payment and service records and reply by email.
